In The Event Of Returning a Book...

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification or clearly personalised). Any delivery charges will not be refunded, unless The Fishing Book Store are at fault.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.

If returning an item please print out and include the invoice (proof of purchase) that you will have received on email when you made the order. The invoice will include your order reference number - please also include a note that clearly states the reason for returning the item and also supply your address for sending out any replacements.
Once your return has been received by us we will endeavour to process it inside 48-72 hours - please note we are a small business working full-time jobs in addition to the Fishing Book Store website. If requesting a refund you should expect to see this in your account between 7-14 working days, however, please note some banks may take longer to process refund payments.
No refund will be issued until your items have been received by us.
